Andy has 22 years experience working with L.G. Flint General Contractors estimating and managing residential and light commercial projects from start to completion. His most recent projects include all types of residential new construction and remodeling work, as well as projects for Riverviews Artspace, Blue Ridge Oral Surgery, Innovative Wireless Technologies, Lynchburg College, Window installations at Liberty University School of Business, Commons Housing, Chiller Plant. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, (1997) and his designations include Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and AAMA certified window installation. Andy is the former Regional Vice President of the Home Builders of Virginia Executive Committee, the former President of Home Builders of Central Virginia and the former President of Rebuilding Together – Lynchburg. He is proficient in a variety of construction-related software including Sage Master Builder, ProEst and CoConstruct.




Roger Keeling – Project Manager
Roger Keeling’s project management career has focused on single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, senior care, private student housing, hospitals, hotels, retail spaces and office buildings. His greatest strengths are found in client relations, team-focused management, leadership and the experiences gained from building nearly 200 custom homes valued at over $150 million during the span of his career. Roger is a seven (7) time winner of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association’s highest professionalism award – the Gold OBIE – presented annually to recognize the industry leader in construction quality and customer service. In addition, he was the Southern Living Magazine Custom Builder for Georgia from 1998-2003. Roger built custom homes for many professional athletes and entertainers in the Atlanta market and has served the communities in which he lived through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Rush Lifetime Homes and the Academy Center of the Arts. A four-year baseball letterman in college, Roger currently spends much of his leisure time leading the varsity baseball program at Virginia Episcopal School (VES). Roger holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degrees from the University of Louisville and studied Architecture at the University of Kentucky for two years. He is a LEED Certified Green Associate, a Certified Earth Craft Builder and a Virginia Class A General Contractor.
