Chris Burriss – Project Manager

Chris began working for L.G. Flint in 2015.  He moved from his hometown in Maryland to Lynchburg and received a B.S. in Business and M.B.A. from Liberty University.  Since starting, Chris has estimated and project managed many residential and commercial projects successfully and very much enjoys working with our wonderful clients.  Chris is a husband and father of four boys.  He spends most of his time doing those two things, but he also very much enjoys working on his own home, playing tennis, and is a self-proclaimed grill master. He loves anything to do with construction and very much loves to be a part of the various projects he works on.
Amy Burczyk – Designer/Project Manager

Amy is a passionate designer, project manager and artist who applies her unique creativity to find solutions others may not consider. She does not believe design should follow the latest trend, rather design should follow the client, timelessly functional with aesthetics that are both beautiful and a narrative of their owners. Amy carries over 27 years in the design, construction and real estate industries including custom home, architectural and commercial design firm experience. She has previously led design and sales teams at Metro Milwaukee’s largest home builder and was an award winning recipient of Kitchen Design in Milwaukee’s Parade of Homes. Her commercial design and build projects include restaurants, hospitality, business offices and retail spaces. Flint, Inc. since September, 2013.  He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Wesleyan University in Norfolk, Virginia.  Jimmy has resided in Lynchburg since 2012.

Matt Novack – Project Manager

Matt grew up in Northern VA before moving to Lynchburg in 2000 where he attended Liberty University and received his degree in Religion .  Matt grew up learning construction from his Dad. While he was in college, he worked building custom homes in the summers and joined mission trips to India, Guatemala, and Africa before moving to Guatemala after graduation.  There Matt worked with an orphanage teaching skills in entrepreneurship. During that time he learned how to adapt to tough situations and create successful outcomes no matter what.  When he returned to the states in 2008, he worked for nine years in commercial construction technology and three additional years in commercial/retail construction with Liberty University before joining LG Flint in 2021. One of Matt’s proudest accomplishments was managing the redevelopment at River Ridge Mall and being the GC for Seaquest Interactive Aquarium.  Matt, his wife Amanda, and their two boys, Buxton and Holcomb, enjoy working on their house,  being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends, and occasionally sneaking away for some woodworking. Matt looks forward to working more on the residential side and creating homes that can provide comfort, design and functionality.
